      Ok maybe a bad description .. but basically you have a dealer that is willing to help you out.. and alsolet me add one where you didn't pruchase the guitar from .. My suggestion to get your issue corrected is to either send the guitar to Vwall for warrantee or send it to Matt .. but ya need to at least allow them the chance to correct the issue ...

        Oh Sweet Jesus...

        More complaints about Jacksons. I took a break from the JCF for a year, came back, and still it's the SOS. How did you (original poster) not notice something so severely wrong with the guitar upon delivery? I've NEVER owned a Jackson that went south like that. I've got Jacksons that are over 20 years old, they're in Florida, they've never had an issue, whatsoever. And even if they did, why would I blab it all over the JCF?!

            I think I was disrespected by you. The guitar has to go back to jackson, only a dealer can do that. Vwall told me to take it to a local dealer, thats what I did. Does it matter who mails it? Read the thread.

                            Hey man, it's WOOD!...ya know? Give Jackson a chance to fix it before you start beating up on the dealers. I think Scott did the right thing directing you to a local dealer (he was just trying to save you money), and I know Matt will do anything in his power to get this corrected. I think Jackson makes some kick ass axes, but after all they are using one of the most unstable building materials known to man...WOOD! Just chill a little, and I'm sure everything will be OK in the end.

                              I hear ya, I make my living playing guitar and I have been without my main axe for 2 months already. I've owned over 100 guitars(including many Jackson/Charvels) and have never had this problem. I didn't beat up the dealer, I stated what happened and did as he instructed me. I've been playing gigs and teaching with my imports because my money is tied up in the defective guitar. If I was a hobbyist then I could probably 'chill a little' but this is very upsetting to me. The good news is my $150 Agile sounds far better than the sl2ht and has a strait neck! If my DK2M sounded better I would use it more, maybe an OFR would help. Thanks for your support, lets hope the replacement gets here soon!

                                I had the store call Jackson to check on my replacement, they said my guitar wasn't there yet?
