I was under the impression that there is a restriction on korina wood, which is why both Jackson and Gibson stopped producing guitars that use it.

Nope...just lately the "clean" stuff (for natural or trans finishes) has been hard to find. I got a line on some, so it's cool. But prices for it are going up!Comment
