Many thanks to Toru for this one. My first experience with the Kahler fixed bridge (have plenty of 2300s though) and LSRs. Just got finished setting her up and she plays very well.

But they rock! The ratio is so fast it's very easy to string up. Plus they're pretty damn accurate. Almost makes me wonder why there's any need for the Kahler fine-tuners on the bridge.

I wondered about that! it looked like a smaller mechanism meaning quicker turn time...therefore, EASIER to tune.

I so would have bought one if they came with an OFR. It isn't that I don't like Kahlers cause I never played one, I just don't really like fixed bridges.
