so going through the whole return process for a $20 shirt isn't worth it to you, but making you happy over that $20 shirt should be worth so much to Jackson that they send you free stuff?

There's too much ice in my drink, I want my meal for free?

So if I had you mow my lawn and I wasn't happy with it, you'd wash my car for free?

I'll give you that they should have at least had a disclaimer that product may not be as advertised. Someone should update it soon.

I have to agree with the newb. If they don't have any disclaimers advising that products may differ from what is pictured, then he deserves a refund with a call tag for free return shipping IMO.

It would be the same as if you ordered a Jenna Glass and instead of Jenna you got Dr Phil on the glass and they said oh sometimes we picture items not as they are sorry about that but enjoy your Jackson Dr. Phil glass. Yeah your right its no big deal, its just a shirt, but I can't see how you can defend them, also the second part of the post was so others did not buy the same shirt thinking they would get it as pictured.
I would pay money for a Jackson Dr. Phil glass...
