Does anyone know how the serial numbers worked before 86? not that I think that this one is before.. shows on the headstock logo that it aint, but I was always interested in knowing the older serials..
Well we know it was made in Ontario Ca.87 -88 looks like a killer guitar.When you take the neck off it should reveal the info your looking for.86s were mostly Kahler and a few Floyds.My 87 has an OFR with the OFR nut, its marked in the neckpocket FR

Up to the move to the Ontario plant, San Dimas plates were issued in order. After the move, the boxes got switched around, and they couldn't be bothered rearrainging dozens of boxes with plates, so they just grabbed whatever was on top of the pile.
