If its only one or 2 strings and the first few frets, that is not a truss issue if all other things are equal (string heights etc are correct). Probvably is a fret lifting. This can sometimes be fixed with a nut shim or a bridge saddle shim. I have an old SD charvel with factory floyd which needed a A string shim and that was it - I would prefer not taking her apart if I do not have to just to save wear.
