A few questions on a custom

Hi, ... new to the site but not to Jacksons. I've recently placed a custom order for an estimate and haven't got a number after over 3 weeks, supposedly NAMM had something to do with the delay but I think that excuse is exhausted. I've also been told 8-12 mos for the turnaround on the order, which seems on par with what I've read from others on this site (maybe even a little low), but I was hoping a few of you with pending orders could tell me what your wait is currently compared to what was originally quoted, or anyone who recently received theirs, how long was the wait. I know the ultimate outcome will be worth the wait, I would just like to know what I'm in for. Thanks in advance.

Assume it'll take a year. 12- to 15-ish months, more likely. If it shows earlier than that, it's a nice surprise.

And, yeah, price quotes / work orders are taking a long time.

Took 1 1/2 months from my quote request to my WO# being issued to me.I did'nt have any special graphics or woods. You will feel better when you get that WO#!
