Seriously, you are the end user, so you should call the shots. Just remember that you could get it back with more issues than you sent it off with. Shipping to and from, along with what ever is done back at the factory....??? At least at this point you know what you have in hand. IMO, I would just take a deep breath and live with a generally "no show" blem.
