  • I Hate Grover Jackson!

Well, not personally.. but one has to wonder what goes through a persons mind when they do this crap to a USA limited run San Dimas.

Note the tail end of a sig in the right top and the 54/100. Note the trem cav as well.

I don't think Grover Jackson actually did that, but you feel free to hate whoever you want...

That kind of thing really depresses me...
Why would anyone mutilate a nice guitar like that?
I feel festive all year round. Deal with it.

That brings back the memory of someone here on the jcf that routed a chamber or two on his US Kelly so he could ADD weight to the guitar to balance it out....anyone remember that????

If the signature was carved out too then that means this was done after it left the factory. Right?

                  Hell,
You could convert it into a chambered bong with a little more engineering.

People like that should be disciplined.

Find some poplar and start cutting and fill those holes.

Just for those of you who may not read the "well.. not personally"..

the title is a joke, a bit of facetious humor.... I bought the guitar this way.. for a fairly low price. The guy I bought it off of bought it for 125.00. I think someone would really not have a clue to do this one of these, either that or they would hate grover jackson, or his work to take out the limited sig by him or just not really give a flying !#$%.
I figure its a limited of some sort as the cavity route also has 54/100. The plate number is also Ontario era...sorry for the pic quality and size.

If anyone has any more infor to share about this.. please do. The neck was replaced with a model series.. probably from a model 2 given the feel.. I have not taken the neck off yet.

The paint is a great ivory color with a bit of flake.. the top had some conversion done to it as well..I'm thinking it probably had a post mounted floyd at one time.
