Tom, the color is pretty much identical to the gold in the Pittsburgh Steelers emblem.

In fact, I was going to put a Steelers sticker on it until they opened the season 1 - 3.

ahh.. I have that same color as part of my High School colors.. green and gold.. the gold always looked more yellow to me, and it has changed hues over the years.

yeah, shame about Steelers, gonna be an interesting year.

Nice guitar! I have been going to Phil for a number of years. Did he Plek your guitar? He recently re-fretted my 83 Strathead neck, did a new nut, a re-do of a 22nd fret extension I had done in '84 and a Plek. I am very happy!

Dude, I saw your neck hanging in Phil's shop when I was there a few months ago. I thought it was Phil's and asked him if he wanted to sell it.

When Phil does a refret, he includes a plek job. Every guitar I own has been plekked by Phil. He does fabulous work.
