  • Finally CS SL Archtop is here

After a 16 month wait got the email that my CS order is in. Unfortunately I am out of town for 2 weeks, so I wont be seeing this for awhile.

Archtop Mahogany body with 3 piece birdseye oiled neck (EVH backshape), 26 fret slanted board, no inlay ebony board. White binding on board, black binding on reversed headstock. Non recessed trem, schaller tuners. 18 volt wired emg 85/S. Will post some more pics when I get my hands on it. Also want to say a big Thank You to Matt's Music for the help.

I wouldn't know what to do with the extra frets but that arrangement with the slanted pickup is very pleasing to the eye. Nice.

Just awesome! I've always wanted a slanted single coil in the neck, but I'd do it the opposite way like Jake E. Lee had it.

I don't know what to do with them either, just always liked the way it looked.

That guitar, despite being white and all, looks... menacing. Very cool.

That's really cool - another unusual grouping of features, which works really well!

So where's my damn guitar then Matt?
