$1100.00 for a 2003 SL2H - decent price?

Everyone must have missed it at the end of this thread, but is this a decent price?

Description:

2003 Shattered Glass SL2H
Body - Excellent, like new
Loose trem arm on Floyd
Has active circuitry onboard, presumably aftermarket
Their tech will set Duncans back to passive for $20.00
Hardshell case included

So, is this a fair price?

Good Deal? I think so....maybe a little high (only because I personally like original untouched guitars) but if you like it go for it....it's a fair price assuming the frets have little to no wear and the neck is perfect blah blah blah
