  • PC1 - where in Los Angeles?

Any music stores in the L.A. area that carry new PC1 models? I've never actually played one of these! What's the best store in L.A. for the cool custom Charvels and Jacksons? There must be at least one store.

I'm in LA but I have no clue on this. I'd say likely GC and or Sam Ash up in Hollywood would have some USA Jacksons and Charvels, but not sure. I've seen them at GC in Vegas, so Hollywood must carry some.

there are a number of other boutique music stores right in that area of Sunset Blvd where GC is, that have all kinds of stuff.

as for where to get a decent deal and not get ripped off, I have no idea. I would also like to know.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives

I have yet to see a PC1 in any of the Guitar Center/Sam Ash stores that I've been to. The USA JAcksons I've seen are most Soloists, and I've seen some Charvel EVHs and SD Reisssues. I'll let you know if I see a PC1 anywhere.

Same here. I have been to alot of the local Guitar stores, and I have never seen a PC1 in stock. You may come across some Soloist or a RR, maybe a Charvel/EVH or 2, but that is about it.

Yeah, that's been my experience too in Los Angeles. I'd sure love to try out a PC1, but never come across any. We need a Matt's Music out here! Thanks for the responses.

Just order one from one of our supporting dealers. You don't need to play one to decide if it's for you or not

Really, they are excellent. I bought my first one sight unseen and had never played one or seen one up close before I ordered one. You won't be disappointed. If you don't like it, sell it to me.
