Give me a lead on a good refinisher

I've got a RR1 on the way and I'm thinking about refinishing it. I guess a neck-through is harder to refin than a bolt on, so can anyone recommend a decent place to get it done?
My only concerns are that I don't want it to take forever and that they do neon/dayglow colors. No graphics. Obviously, price is always an issue too.

Do any JCF'ers do this?

That was who the "W" was changed to after Pat left. But I believe Venomboy is correct, except it's "Wilkins" not "Wikins".
