Nope. My (regular) chlorine has a stained back. And pretty much all of the ones that I've seen from the past year or two are stained. Seems like they changed this spec a while ago.

Yeah, mochas (black) and Au Natural (natural, duh) are the exceptions. Sorry about that.

I'm curious. Can you guys check your hang tags? Mine only had initials for assembly. The other blocks are empty as well as the WO#. I do have a stamp "KG" for final inspection.

Also, look at your battery boxes. Are they mounted flush all the way down? The box on mine sticks up about a 1/16" (flange raised off body) The corners are down only because there are screws there. This is most likely how my wires got severed with the wire squished on the bottom of the cavity and the vibration of shipping might have caused the bottom of the box to sever those tiny 22 Ga. wires.

I figure maybe they got too much sanding sealer or clear coat down in my battery box cavity and has caused it to be shallower than spec. allows. The shop most likely has a preset depth on the router or gauge for checking the routing depth. The only reason I can think of is maybe excessive finish in the cavity or they did not check the routed cavity for proper depth, or the router setting was off a tad? I don't know. It's a shame, but I can fix it myself in my "Custom Shop".

My PC1 has the same issue, and it's an Au Natural. No clear to gum up the route.
The battery box route and the electronics route are both too shallow.
That's what they make Dremels for.

That's what I figured. Maybe they changed suppliers on battery boxes somewhere in between when they started the PC1 model. having a shorter box and a deeper one currently and they never did the fix. Seems like an assembly person could see it. It is obvious as Hell! It sticks out like a sore thumb!
Yep, Dremel. Luckily I have a router from when I installed the Fernandez FSK-101 in an Agile. I made all my templates for that installation. It came out great.
