Thanks for the kind words guys...it wasn't in the budget right now but I couldn't let this pass, for the price, and the fact that it would mean owning two Custom Shop Jacksons with scythe inlays! Had to sell a couple guitars to fund it...sadly my WR1 is on it's way to a new (but good) home. Finally got to meet Matt and see his kick ass shop, lots of cool gear in-store. Very nice guy as well as informative. The guitar plays and sounds killer, not sure what model Duncan is in it, I'll get around to popping it out and taking a look later. Chances are it will still end up getting an EMG installed, but it sounds pretty good now. Nothing fancy going on, just the volume knob. This guitar is serial # J6876, the Death Angel is #J6870. As I said I will be borrowing my drummers camera to get some more pics, and I'll throw in some of the Death Angel as well!

Congrats. That color is going to look killer in person. I know you are gonna dig it.

I was really caught off guard when Matt popped open the case, from the photo's I expected more of a reddish (General Lee) type orange...but it's really more of a (bronze?) finish. Very unique for sure, and I'm liking it more and more every time I glance at it!
