Color choice RR1/mail order?

I am stuck between black and snow white with black pinstripes on a RR1. Wondering what your thoughts were? I am leaning towards the white more...Also anyone have any experience mail ordering these guitars? Quality consistent?

Find a used one built before 2003. If you are in the SF bay area I can show you the difference in quality side by side. Whatever you do dont buy a new Jackson sight unseen especially now.

You cant go wrong buying a 90's Jackson on Ebay.

Are they not being built well these days? What should I be looking at as far as flaws when choosing?

Do you really want to buy a guitar based on what other people think (people you don't even know at that)? It's nice to get other people's opinion on stuff sometimes, but can't you just pick one and be done with it?

ESP is putting out better quality instruments than JC and there is no denying that. I am not speaking about the LTD line.

I am giving you an unbaised opinion I bought two custom shop JCs in the last month look at my avatar. If you live nearby I can even let you compare Jacksons from the SD era to Ontario to FMIC...you cant beat that for unbiased.

I'll be the first to say snow white, however, I'd go with black bevels. Just my opinion, zeegler makes a good point.

OK dont get anyones opinion listen to Zeegler and get a flawed Jackson were the strings dont line up with the pickup poles and the floyd posts are crooked and there are clear coat problems all very common issues with FMIC era Jacksons.
