  • Soloist Employee project

    - Employee project, year unknown.
    - Snow white
    - Ebony fretboard w/ no inlays, black binding over frets
    - Single hum
    - Floyd Rose

Replaced crome Floyd, jackplate, strapbuttons and vol knob with black and put a EMG -81 in it. One of the nicest guitars I've ever owned and played.

    666 - Soulless to the core - 666

      She's a pretty one!

I really need to dig that 5a out of storage and string her up.

I just notied the locking nut on that doesn't bolt through the neck, can anyone tell me where I can get one of those, I've only ever seen the offical floyd ones that are mounted with bolts through the neck?

Ontario control cavity route, so top mounted Floyd nut would be consistent.

Very cool guitar. Love the simplified white/black theme.

That is an OFR nut, all the newer ones (don't know from which year) are mountable both the "classic" way and also from the top with two screws.

Cool, I was always shit scared to drill 2 big holes in the neck for a replacement nut.
