In regards to international shipping, like with local/national, it's just bad luck sometimes. I've had six guitars sent from overseas, and one did another round trip there and back, so a total of 8 trips and no damage. My luck will probably run out, but no plans to import any more so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Basically, if you really want a guitar and it's OS, don't let that stop you.
