I have another question about the trem conversion. In other post it is said that a shimming of the neck is needed. But the RR is neck through. How can be done a trem conversion on a RR?

No reasonable way to convert it to non-recessed trem on a neck-through.

Now I'd like an advice on the price of the guitar. the guy want 1600$....I think it's a little expensive. I've seen about the same guitar on ebay a couple if days ago and it seems in better condition and the price was lower...
What price should I pay for it?

That sounds like a reasonable price to me. Graphic Floyded custom SD RR... yeah, the price is fair. If you're left handed, then you won't find much of a better deal for an older Rhoads with those features. Most of them are string thru or kahler'ed.
