That's a killer KV! I'm saving for a black one right now
hope I'll have enough money in 3 months and it will be my second USA jackson also
how is that jb in the neck? they are ok for the bridge but i never tried it in the neck
your loomis sig is also very nice, where are you from?

I didn't really like the JB in either position, so i threw in a set of DImarzios, a Super Distortion in the bridge and a PAF Pro for the neck.

I am in the southern US, NW Arkansas.

I can't wait to see pics of your black KV2 when you get it!

Hehehe, that's actually my initials, but a Burnt Cherry Burst KV2 would be a nice addition to any collection.

I love the Loomis. I picked it up in early March and have been playing it daily since, i never get tired of it.

I had a C-7 Hellraiser and i liked it just fine after swapping the 707's for an 81-7/60-7 combo, but the Loomis seems to play and sound better all around, even with the stock 707's. The pups were just too muddy in the mahogany guitar but seem well suited in the ash body to my ears.

Thanks for the nice welcome guys, so far this place seems pretty cool.

Cool, the maple board on the Loomis makes it really stand out Never had the chance to play a 7 string with a maple board yet. I'd like to have on of those..

That KV2 is a beast! But I must say, I would probably take that Jeff Loomis Sig before I took the KV2.

Wow, I have a Transparent green KV-2 as well, and I love it. Especially because of the matching headstock.
