Scored my first USA Jackson on ebay and it arrived this morning...



I've always wanted one of these but the availability/cash equation never managed to coincide with each other...until now

Cheers guys! I just think that it looks a bit different from the usual Jacksons, especially with the ransom note logo. Also when I first opened the case I did not realize how small they are... it's tiny!
It looks great next to my DXMG.

Not all of those will work very well. A SPST switch is not what you want. You want a double throw switch so either a SPDT or DPDT switch will work. The reason is that in the "kill" position you want don't want to just disconnect the hot from the output jack, you actually want to direct it to ground. Otherwise you'll get bad hum (and/or squealing feedback if you are really loud with a high gain amp).
