Sup guyz...Im new here and I had a quick question. I have a Dave Mustaine Korina KV1 serial U04886 which was made in '97 at Ontario. My question is I'd like to know if anyone here knows how many of these axes were made with the matching Korina headstock with black logo?

The only KV1 korina with matching headstock I saw belongs to the JCF member veliyasin, who hasn't posted here for a long term

I have a DM KV1, but my headstock is black. I'm guessing not very many were made with matching headstock. Keep it.Comment

That's odd, as far as I recall, all the Korina KV1s I've seen had matching heads.
Or have I only seen the same guitar for years and years?

All the korina kv's I've seen have had a black headstock. The matching headstock is so cool.I feel festive all year round. Deal with it.Comment

Maybe a half-dozen to a dozen have the matching headstock. Nearly all of them have black headstocks.The 2nd Amendment: America's Original Homeland Defense.Comment

I had bought one a year or so ago off of Ebay that had a matching headstock. Unfortunately it was friggin' stolen and I had to send it back to the seller. So there is more than 1....just don't know how many. Jani's site (www.jacksonguitarpalace.com) might have some info.Comment
