Seriously though ...
The parts missing aren't a big deal.
String lock inserts are .73 ea. ... http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bridges,...g_Tremolo.html
And if you honestly plan on sending it out to be refinished like you say (http://www.jcfonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=71080), plugging the extra hole would just be part of the prep process ... again, no big deal.
So why are you so upset?

Those string locks you sent the link to aren't correct for the trem, the correct JT6 blocks are shaped differently. Also, I didn't see the correct behind the nut lock at stewmac's site, or anywhere else for that matter... they are hard to find. I can find the trem arm at GC I think, it uses an Ibanez part to the best of my knowledge.
Again, it's the principle of the thing - I asked if it was missing parts, they said no - I think pretty much any higher-functioning adult or kid out of school for the summer would be able to identify that a tremolo was missing the bar, and that extra screw holes indicate that a part resided there once.
Regarding the hole, I'm going to put a toggle in the middle and wire it as a kill switch. fuggit.

Do yourself a favor, install an OFR and a proper Kahler string lock, and be done with it. I know some folks love the JT-6, but that pot metal POS has never sounded good in any guitar I've tried.
If they can't send you the proper parts, I'd ask for some money back, since you'll have to pay out of pocket to make the guitar functional--it's not just a cosmetic issue.

So you should tell the shop you want a $50 discount just for the missing stinglock.
Also, if the shop owner can't find them or you don't have in your box-o-parts, I may have a surplus of 6 of the JT-6 string locks available, I can check later tonight:

Pete I think I have a Jackson Correct behind the nut lock that I took off of my Snakeskin Jackson Strat when I popped in an OFR. (it's black)
That had a JT-6 on it when I got it.
if you need one give me a pm and if I've got it (I'll look tonight), I'll send it to you.If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?
