The RR1T is the same as the RR1 pretty much. And if I'm not mistaken, I believe the KV2T is more expensive than the KV2. There is a list of MSRPs for all new Jacksons here:

USA Select is just the fancy name for a standard production Made in USA guitar. These are made in large batches, and are standardized. Custom Shop USA guitars are built to order, take 12-24 months to receive and cost a lot more.
The cost difference between a standard USA Select RR1 and a custom shop Rhoads with 24 frets would probably cost about $1200-$1500 more. The 2nd Amendment: America's Original Homeland Defense.

I prefer the looks and feel of a Rhoads. Smaller, more elegant look, and killer at the same time. You can play more comfortable with them while sitting down also. Randy Rhoads is the best V in terms of "balance" you will always look elegant with them and brutal at the same time, unlike a King V that you will always look brewtal
In the end... Rhoads simply wins... just because of the name

Me? King V. I feel that the shape is more balanced and it has features that to my requirements are better than those on the Rhoads. The RR1 has 22 frets, and it has a weird V/T/T control configuration. I prefer 24 frets and the V/V/T controls. Plus, I don't like having a pickguard, specially on a V type guitar. The King V to me just looks nicer and cleaner than the RR1. If they made the KV-2 with extra jumbo frets (Dunlop 6100 or something like that), a mahogany body and neck and with dual EMG 81 pickups... I wouldn't be ordering a custom shop guitar anymore.
