That color with the quilt makes it look like a 'gator, which is a really cool thing.

Is it just me or are the stringthrough ferrules not aligned with the saddles correctly? Looks like the Low E goes straight from the hole to the saddle but the other 5 look crooked.

I got no refund, though I should have maybe pushed for it harder than I did, I was just happy to get the darn thing.

Koa looks way better in gloss than in Satin, and I personally never had a problem with tacky feeling gloss finished on the neck.

The fingerboard has no binding, I didn't want any, all the binding on the rest of the guitar is natural (body and headstock). I'm a big fan of natural binding and I think an unbound fingerboard gives that effect anyways. plus the ziricote looks very cool from the side.
