Thanks guys. I'll probably just list it on ebay again, with full disclosure of course, and take the hit. Maybe someone will want to upgrade their Japanese Dinky, or something.
On one hand, I'd love to hang the seller by the balls, but on the other you unfortunately get used to crap like that in the guitar circle too. Sometimes you get fooled, but the finds and deals are out there too.
