Agreed. It's a standard Cherry Sunburst RR1 with couple of upgrades: abalone (instead of MOP), gold hardware (instead of chrome) and rear mounted electronics (instead of top-mounted). It's not exactly "custom tricked out" to justify that price. Heck, J/C used to allow special dealer runs like that at USA Select pricing. Looks to be a real nice guitar, but that price is way out of whack.

That Ghost Fog is awesome . one of the best graphics I have seen in awhile IMO.
For those who want to see more of his work and other of his mates:
Some of the guitars, for sure you already know them.

Great shots of those guitars. I am doing a couple for the Russian Dealer in the next few weeks. We did special inlays in the next ones. The guitar with the green flames was done by one of Fenders employees in Ensenada Mexico that I trained a few years ago. His name is Mauricio and shows alot of promise. He was one of my best students.Custom Guitars, Refinish and restorations.

It was your student?
I am curious to know if they reduce CS pricing I may want to order that finish in a different color like blue or purple.
