This! I've got a Gibson SG Gothic (so black hardware) with the finish cracking around the fingerboard, I plan on getting it refinished something similar to this idea sometime soon(ish)...there's something cool about having the paint lurid and the hardware understated

Maybe go with Candy Apple Green. Or a Candy Purple.

            Or, and matching headstock, too.

not that i can think off, but if you have a regular nut it can just pop them off.

Whatever colour you pick, that guitar is ridiculously expensive....
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable

Look at the guitar(s). There are two of them. One is a reverse headstock. The other is a standard headstock.

Both would look KILLER with Winter Camo and Warbird graphics. To tie in the cross inlays on the ESP, you could have a cartoon skeleton on it as the mascot - you know how they do with some war-type graphics, holding a hand of cards or something.

winter camo, tobacco burst since they both look nice chunks of wood. or my favorite almost any solid color with a different color pearl over it. like white or red W blue pearl always looks killer.
