wtf, that sucks.... unless they're going to replace it with another 24fret rhoads model... ? maybe one with a neck pickup, that would rule.

Jeez, the goofy misinformation around here sometimes. The only RR24 that was a "limited edition" (...if you can even call it that - there were something like over 100 of them made) is the one with ivoroid binding and reverse inlays.
The RR24 has not - repeat NOT! - been discontinued. The J/C guys themselves have said that it's selling very well.

Welcome to the board!!
But what's with the ENGL amps in the USA? I believe they are kinda rare over there, aren't they?
And have you guys ever heard of KOCH amps? It's a worldfamous Dutch company of tube amps. I live next to itwww.bodyfarmdeathmetal.com

I like it better than the 5150, and it beats every MESA, in my opinionwww.bodyfarmdeathmetal.com

BUMP!
Some guys where curious about my band. Well, we have a (real crapy) promotional site now, where you can click on some Youtube links, on wich we're playing a gig kinda long time ago. We still don't have official demo's. We've planned to dive into the studio in January!
The sound is crapy, but it's good for a normal camera. I must say, I still have long hair on those videos , I'm standing far right.
enjoy! www.reverbnation.com/BaneBladewww.bodyfarmdeathmetal.com

Heya Thomas, from around Antwerp myself, though I live in Helsinki at the moment. I've got a sister who lives quite near you in Utrecht with a melodic death musician also named Thomas, coincidently.
I agree, for rhythm power cords it's fine if the guitar is hanging low, but for solo or fast harmony lines it's a lot easier if you have better reach all over the neck. Much more relaxed.
It's my first post so it would be a bit gratuitous to bid you welcome, but nevertheless, hoi daar.
