  • Which are the rarest USA Jackson guitars?

Most costly, Hard to find, Unique, Limited, etc.

    pics are welcome

I would think some CS one-offs would be pretty rare. That one time custom guitar not really made for any one special.

Zoraxe = $10,000 each, and Dan Lawrence said he would not make another one. I think there are 5?

      The original Rhoadses, of course.

Collen Archtops are very costly to make, and to buy.

      Death Angel

and of course the Disruptor which can only be built if Amir Derakh gives the OK.

That shitty looking Aluminium Roswell Rhoads too.
Occasionally they used to do a run of 10 or 12 of a certain model so they'd be pretty rare.

Obviously a custom order is totally unique so that will be rarest.
The cost would depend on the spec. If some Sherpa has to climb Mount Bastard to claim some sacred wood and then you want gold plated hardware with carbon fibre binding, a speedometer, platinum frets and a flux capacitor its going to cost a little extra.
All men play on 10. Never gonna turn down again.

Speaking of Nigel - the Marshall Stack Jackson with the detachable bottom cabinet and the knobs that go to 11. AFAIK there are only two of those, maybe just one.

Then there's all the Mike Shannon oddities - the racecar and such.

There were a few Tommy Guns made. 5 or more IIRC.

The VH logo, yes, that's a rare one.

Of course, you do realize you can't get any of these built now? Slows down production too much.

If we don't want to leave out Charvel, the "Dragon" can be added, but that'll cost you 10,000 also. I'd like to hear the story on that if anyone is familiar.

The 1992 LTD Rhoads run is probably one of the more well known rare Jacksons because there were 200 of them. Not the most expensive though, they sell for around 4k.

                      13,500, isn't it.

I'd say the rarest belonged to a Mrs. Rhoads.
