    Yeah, another hit on their QC department. They are included with PC1's but they are hit and miss on some. For yours being a Custom Shop, they should have included at least 2 Sustainer manuals!

    Wish I had that before..LOL...I was really confused and Jackson didnt include a manual.

    Nice video! RJ posted awhile back the description of each switch and knob in a edited pic. I had posted a scanned copy of the instructions, but can't find that post right now.
    The upper switch is the normal sustain and the harmonic sustain, while the knob is the intensity control.
