I usually don't waste my time responding to trolls, but since this wes225225 guy needs educating, I'll make an exception.

Dude, you're on a Jackson forum. If you bothered to educate yourself about the guitars, you would know that the KV1 never came with a Floyd. The KV1 originally came with a Kahler fixed bridge. A previous owner converted it to TOM, which fortunately happens to be my preferred bridge type. Here's a "before pic":

As you can see, the TOM was nickel coloured, and someone had attempted to paint black bevels on the already awful white paint job. Not only that, but Kerry King had scrawled his signature on it. It was plain ugly, but it was cheap.

I decided right away that it had to be refinished, so I decided on winter camo. I did a couple of mockups.

However, I didn't really like any of the camo patterns I found, so I made up my own. The camo is done to the templates I supplied, and it came out exactly as I wanted it. I could not be happier.

Wait, so Jackson didn't paint it then? I thought it was a custom you just ordered or something? Well, Jackson still does crappy Camo jobs them haha.

You're father's sperm would have been better off down the drain. :ROTF:

Not like I have to explain myself to a cumstain like you, but I have exactly $1,510 in this guitar.

            Pickups?
Yes it has pickups. That's them on the front of the guitar between the neck and the bridge.

:ROTF: Sorry, just fuckin' with ya. That's an EMG 81/85 combo.

Fred Gabrsek did it. Check out his site. http://www.freddysfrets.com/

He's done fretwork for me before, and I've seen some of the LPs he's built up close. He is VERY talented. I think I'm gonna have him build me something next.

That looks great zeegs! Really cool indeed! I was wondering how the hell you got a tunamatic on a guitar which originally had a Floyd and then the KV1 vs KV2 penny dropped
Popular is not the same as good
Rare is not the same as valuable

Zeegs, just awesome! That's the first white camo KV I've seen. I like it! Good job on the camo spec too!

I love King Vs, and that’s just the kind of graphic finish I like; simple and not too artistically complex. It looks great. Definitely post those day light pics with it out of the case. I bet it will look even better under good light.
