  • Identify this rhoads

I know you guys like doing this...

    I think that it's a 1994 model.

    The serial number is UO-2616

    It has EMG pickups.

Just looks like an RR1 in eeriedess to me, and yeah, a grand is a decent price for it....

Any USA Jackson in playable condition is worth $1K.

And there's not much to "identify" - it's a Rhoads USA (back before they called it an RR-1).

            That's a JT-590... made by Schaller.
Nothing wrong with it at all. Worth every penny of $1K

It does indeed look like an RR1 Eerie Des Swirl with some after market mods. Most noticeably the active EMG pickup set. I would also assume that the bridge was changed because RR1s come with an Original Floyd Rose and not a Licensed one. Although they may have in 1994, idk.

Cool I wasn't sure about that since they come with OFRs now. You can clearly see the "made in Germany" tag by where you would put the trem arm so it is definitely a Schaller JT590 and from what I hear many players prefer them over OFRs. Either way it is definitely worth the $1,000 asking price in the condition it is in. If anything you should be shitting due to the fact that there are no noticeable nicks on the wings. That alone is amazing.
