  • 1990 RR trem ??

What kinda trem was put on an RR from 1990. I have a yellow one that needs a trem. I tried an original Floyd Rose but the block was too short and the screws too long. Any help would be appreciated.

Merry Christmas to all you JCFers too !!!

Trem is JT-590. Schaller floyd is the one to get. Block should be 32mm tall

    Warmoth has them.

What size was the block on the OFR you tried? I doubt a 32 mm block would work since you said the one you tried was too short and 32 is the shortest they make. It's likely either a 37 or 42 mm block, as soloists from this period were still top mounted with that half-route thing.

I agree on it being a Schaller JT-590.
