I have a feeling I'm about to get flamed for this.

I've decided that an RR1T will probably work for me.

What should I pay for one that's second had, but in new condition?

Just a basic RR1T from lets say 2004 and up. Not custom,

and with Basic paint,

What about with one of the graphics? Like Nebula or bolted steel.

Just want to make sure that I don't pay too much.

I'd say this would be the going rate for these on ebay and craigslist from what I have seen.
