  • Jackson Hq Tour And New Axe

Went to pickup my new usa kv2t (see mine... thread) from the Fender/Jackson/Charvel HQ in Scottsdale Az yesterday. A special thanks again to Chris Cannella and Brian McDonald for the great service!!

so, Chris gave me the grand tour... got to play the new 5150 III head, 2 martini charvels and 4-5 usa Jacksons including my new green kv2t that I picked up in person at HQ.

Got to see the R&D dept, the tone lab and met alot of cool people. Got to try out my buddy Phil Demmels new "Demmelition" Import guitar line, that is an awesome axe with usa quality all over it... I will be getting one of those as well!!

Just wanted to say thanks again to Brian, Chris and Jackson Guitars!!!

Nice. So are Phil's models going to be showing up at NAMM? There appears to be a poster with his name on the bottom here, but three hangers that are empty.

I've already got a Mark Morton model, and a Dean Mustaine V is on the way. I'd love Phil's V, too!

Very cool, Randy. Got any pics of the tour? Guitar porn is always good.

Maybe just a little. :ROTF: I can't help it the guitars I dig are signature models.

So, Jackson is bringing back the RR24 with reverse inlays?

They probably just have some of those screw-up/limited edition models that haven't sold from last year. :ROTF:

I may have to have one of those built with a control scheme I like and a bound neck and headstock. Jackson really pisses me off with the "No Binding on Imports" rule.

man, they don't seem to be too consistent with their "No Binding on Imports" rule.
