How much would a used 1994 Dinky USA 30th Anniversary Guitar Center Edition, in pretty good shape be worth? all black.

I've seen 37th versions going for about $300 (basically a purple DKMT with a DK2 neck).

$300 for a USA made dinky? I know the newer guitar center aniversary edition dinkys are made in japan, this one says made in USA on the headstock. 4 of 100 made it says on the bolt plate at the neck joint. anything anyone knows about this guitar?
