Basically, the Jacksons from the 2000's that I wish I owned are the guitars I've bought! My memory doesn't remember when I saw guitars too well, but there are a few NAMM guitars I liked, notably the Tribal Flames Rhoads from 2002 or so, and there was a purple quilt XTRR which was very nice too.Popular is not the same as good
