There is at least one USA Charvel neck thru, but the J serial would make this one a Jackson...

Dave, that is just flat-out awesome. Smokin' job, too. Must've been a helluva effort. Congrats.

Thanks Dave, it was a pleasure to do the refin on this one. I too love bringing these things back to life. You're right about the paint too, that color just can't be photographed! For those interested, I used GM code 10 white chromabase, and added a smidgen of course aluminum mixing base. And of course, several coats of urethane clear.
I will have to say, though, when Dave sent it to me I had never seen the "before" pics. He did a fantabulous job on the new binding and re-fret. It looked better than many factory jobs I've seen.

                  Awesome job Mark and Dave!

Now that is one hell of a restoration indeed!

Dave, if you don't mind me asking, where did you find it originally?

That really came out nice Dave. I'd love to know how it got in such a sorry condition before you rescued it.

                                Really sweet!

Telly - another ugly shape that Jackson/Charvel have managed to make into a beautiful piece of art

I hope I come across one sometime, somewhere...
