Thanks all! As for the guy who traded it in... well, apparently he wasnt happy with his 07 LP either! Considering I picked one up and it was as light as the solist, I dont blame him. He supposedly said "if Im gonna get a LP, then I want a real one". Im curious as to what they gave him for it too... Im guessing somewhere in the $700 bracket.
Anyways, Im gonna get it all setup tonight and see how it is... I have a feeling the JB will be coming out though, I cant stand those pickups.Imagine, being able to be magically whisked away to... Delaware. Hi... Im in... Delaware...

I just got off the phone with Fender, and its a 2004, not a 2007 like I was told. Not that anyone could tell though because the damn thing still looks and smells new.
Anyway, I found something else I REALLY REALLY want... almost had one a year ago, but couldnt swing it. So Im going to try and sell the SL1 and hopefully it will cover the one I really really want. Hope it happens because selling the SL1 is the only way Id EVER be able to afford the other one!
Yes, I guess you could say Im "flipping it" (though I NEVER bought it with that intention), but only because every single cent of the sale of it will go towards a guitar I normally wouldnt be able to get.
