Yellow Bengal

I'm trying to decide which model best suits this finish. I've already ruled out the SL1 and KV2.

Is the orange burst more pronounced on some USA Selects than others? I saw a photo of a WR1 in BGLY and the burst was hardly noticeable, yet very strong on an RR1. Or is it just varied quality photo shoots that phase out the orange burst? Pix would help. Cheers.

I think every factory graphic is gonna vary from one to the next because they're hand done. Just look at the EDS finishes, for example. You'll never find two exactly alike.

To me, I think the yellow bengal looks best on an RR1. No other body style comes close.

They are a bit varied, i picked this out of the litter that i could find for sale. Another one the burst didn't go around the back bevel behind the tremelo, it sorta had a complete yellow highlight around the bevel, accenting the body shape a bit more, but the stripes were kinda shoddy, to me..


Where did you see a WR1 in bengal?

Thanks, and you're right. The orange burst is almost invisable on that WR1. All 4 tips are black but should be yellow imo.

I saw a BGLY KE2 on shitbay in January, could've had it for £800. I was saving up for my NEB WR1 at the time and I wasn't about to lose out on that. Anyone got pix of a BGLY KE2 (not a photoshop one)?

The WR1 Doesn't look so hot, it looses it's contours, do one in the generator with black bevels looks pretty sweet.
