News about my SL2H...

After many months of looking for a SL2H in Canada, I've found a SL2H Nebula in my Province. Unfortunately, it was actually a SL2HT, so I bailed on it. Anyway, I've just sold my Ibanez, so I now have $2,400 to burn.

I'm getting my local guitar store (Long & McQuade) to call Jackson tomorrow about a Nebula SL2H to see if they have one built. If not, there's a nice SL2H Shattered Glass already in Canada.

Either way... expect an orgasm of guitar porn in a week or two.


Wish me luck that J/C have that Nebula SL2H, I'm GAS'ing for one like you would not believe.

Go for the Nebula. The Shattered Glass looks too cartoonish and goofy with its yellow and blue colors.

I like both, but would choose Nebula if the wait time is ~3 months or less.

+1 I like cartoonish and goofy sometimes but the shatter glass is too much.

For that kind of money you could buy 2 used Soloist and maybe have some money leftover.

nebula...it's string-thru..

idk, I just lost touch with floyds in a way. The string thru's sound better, and you don't have to restring and tune for 3/4 of an hour ...especially when changing tunings.

Then again, the floyd has better tuning stability and, the obvious function of the tremolo.
Whatever you need to get I guess.

Even though both are pretty colors, I would choose black or white- it is something basic, but not something I could grow out of. My swirl guitars are getting a bit old and childish(?) for me.

Sorry, I got shattered glass confused with cracked mirror and voted for that.
I'd rather have a plain colour than either but I suppose Nebula is better.

You could probably pick up a used Custom for the money you're talking though.
