That was quite an ordeal acquiring that one. I was really pleased when it was finally done over two years later!

Yeah, yeah I know I really should do that. Its just that my band has been playing out just about every weekend lately plus I have to figure out a way to light up all the Jacksons for the photo. There are lots of them in the family, sort of like a portrait of the Soprano's or something Perhaps I'll do them in batches, all the Rhoads', all the Kellys, etc...

Here's mine - it's a refin, but hey, it was the only way I was gonna get a guitar like this:

            Amazing!!!!!

A 1 hum reverse soloist has to be pretty rare I would think.
No clear coat on the logo was a regular thing for these cracked granite finished soloists. I've seen a few but never with a reverse head. Keep us posted on it. And it you're not into it. Send the lead on it my way. ;-)

Does it have big cracks like this one? I believe that was called "Earthquake".

                              Really? well screw Mark Twain.

At the time I bought my Charvel Model 6 new in the late 80's, there was one of those Granite Soloists for sale at the same store. MAE Music in Miami just before they moved to Ft. Lauderdale. In fact they had quite a few Jacksons in stock at the time including one that was a graphic of a lot of $ bills. Wish I could have bought them all!
