KV1 Opinions requested

That's odd. I've NEVER seen a KV-1 with a shim under the Kahler. Lot's of BC Riches, but never a KV-1. I assume that's not factory.

I've actually seen a few of them with the shim under the Kahler. From what I read, they came that way from the factory.

I think that most people removed the shim because it interfered with sustain.

Every KV-1 I have seen has had the shim under it.
