Yet again, Serial help

Dear members, Im about to go for a Jackson SL2H USA Soloist, Yellow bengal, FR, Seymour Duncans, all original. Tho, what is confusing, is finding out the date of build and where its been build. The serial number on this babe is U19000.

Anyone that can help me?
