No CS?

I mailed the Guitar Asylum (the store where I ordered my CS) and asked them if they new when it would be finished. The guy that I had spoken with through the whole process wasn't there anymore. There was this other guy answering me. He said: I got this Archtop Snakeskin Soloist coming in. Could that be yours?
I was overjoyed and asked when he'd have it. Never heard from hin since. That's several weeks ago. I'm thinking about just letting them stick with it. If they don't want to sell it, I can go somewhere else.
Any that has experienced something similar?

I haven't experienced anything like that. Thankfully, all the Jackson's I have ordered have been through DCGL and Jason isn't going anywhere.

Call 'em again. Be persistent.

I'd find out who over there is handling business with the Jackson Customshop since the person you placed your order with is no longer there. Speak with him/her directly and politely explain your situation and that you'd like some answers in regards to the status of your order.

I have really come back to my Jacksons more and more lately. The neck heels are the best bar none.

Even after my crappy experiences with Jackson the CS is still alot better than what other companies provide like Gibson and their Les Pauls full of wood chips ):

Hehe I hear ya.

I just put the deposit down on a Custom last week and it will be the first Jackson I have ordered since 2001. These stories of 2 year wait times are worrying me. :ROTF:

Hopefully it won't take THAT long, but I am not holding my breath.
