The wait was about 10 months & worth it. I wanted mine like Phil's & according to Mike Kotzen @ the Custom shop everything is the same but Phil's doesn't have the pickup rings painted & Phil's Bela originally had a Kahler & was changed to a Floyd several years back. Mike says Phil's Bela was a San Dimas model which is cool becase the body is more rounded like a Strat. It rocks!!! It is so cool here I have to post another pic of it GLOWIN' !!!!!!!!

So did Phil give the "OK" for Jackson to make a replica? Or was this made prior to the "No Artist Similar" policy?

I am, too! I wish Hamer USA would make them again.
But no, I'm not
but definetely Hamer Californian was my muse
I had some requirements, which Hamer didn't have.
I've played a lot my teacher's Calefornian Elite Holoskull (one of 25), prototype of the series and a personal axe of Steve Stevense, which had appeared in Michael Jackson's video "Dirty Diana" - It's really amazing guitar!
other Californians (Elites, Standarts, Deluxes) are not SO good.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.
Cheers!
