    It's a glossy finish.

Not sure if they changed it , but my older pc1 natural is not finished on top or maybe matte. The new ones might be gloss though. That's why they went with the au natural name.

that's beautiful! thanks for posting, it has the non-fender headstock, what year is it?
how does the maple top looks in real life? is it more brown/brighter ..?
does the finish reveal fingerprints easily?

This one is a 2004... it's a Fender era, but still has the original headstock.
Pictures don't do the top justice. The top is not brown or brown-ish at all.
Very rich Maple color. More blond and honey color if you will.
No, it doesn't fingerprint up at all, but it does attract dirt, so it gets wiped down after every use.

how's the neck?? is it thick like fender??
I'm abit concerned about the neck joint, do you ever had problems reaching for the high frets? how's the pickup on the PC1?
some reviews in harmony central said it's kinda tinny.. is it true? i thought the super3 was kinda dark

The neck... think baseball bat. Nice and thick, but VERY comfortable.
I have no issue with upper fret access. The neck plate is recessed almost flush with the body and has a slight angle to it.
As for the Super 3... tinny, hardly. It's thick and warm.
No complaints, but as with everything, it's all a matter of opinion.

I really hope these HTML codes work, if they don't I'll figure out another way to show the pictures! These are 2 pictures of my natural finish Lefty PC1 and one picture of both my Natural and Red Rum PC1's.

I thought the newer ones with the Strat headstock were high gloss. Hmmm.

Not supposed to be, unless Jackson changed the specs this year.
You may be thinking of the Solar finish... it has a gloss finish.
