    How do YOU stop the cope with the wait?

    Hey guys,

    I finally had my dealer order a SL2H in Acapulco Gold this week.

    I was told to expect it sometime in late October!

    I know there's quite a few board memebers here also waiting. Any advice on how to get by until October?

    Also, if anyone has any pics of Acapulco Gold anything, please feel free to post. I'm totally digging that color!

    October? That's nothing. I waited 18 months for guitar, twice. Others have waited longer.

    Forget about it until it happens. Find another a guitar to love and abuse in the meantime.

      GEAR:

      some guitars...WITH STRINGS!!!! most of them have those sticks like on guitar hero....AWESOME!!!!

      some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

      and finally....

      i have those little plastic "chips" used to hit the strings...WHOA!!!!

        18 months for a guitar? Man, I could never last that long! Was it worth the wait?

        Yeah, I'd love to have a cheap-o axe to abuse until October, but buying the Jackson tapped me out...big time.

        Anyone want to send me a Soloist until then? I'll return it...(ahem)...I promise!

            Wow, I'll say!

            That's obviously a custom shop piece?

            Love the tiger stripes over the flame maple! That's really unique.

            I'd be too afraid to play something that nice...

                  Buy used , or buy something to hold you over till then ... i hate waiting , i have actually paid more buying off someone that had stock , then waiting for my local dealer to order it .. but thats just me .

                      The beauty of the internet is that you always have easy access to porn. (Guitar and otherwise...) That makes the waiting easier. Take the time to buy some new pedals or something. Toys are good at distracting lol.
